For hosts
Host guide
Run Free Fire cups for your community. TourneyPro takes the entry fees, pays the prizes and handles the refunds.
1Getting started
- Sign up as a host and confirm your email. You can publish free cups straight away.
- Set up your channel: a name, a picture and a handle, so players can find and follow you at tourneypro.org/c/your-handle.
- New hosts start with a 14-day Starter trial. It never charges you: when it ends you move to Free unless you buy a plan.
2Verification for paid cups
To charge an entry fee you must verify your identity first. From your dashboard, send a photo of your national ID card and of your bKash account. TourneyPro's team checks them, usually within 24–48 hours, and tells you the result in the app. The photos are stored privately — only TourneyPro's team can open them, never players.
Until you are verified you can keep running free cups.
3Plans & fees
TourneyPro keeps 10% of every paid entry on every plan. Your plan sets how many cups you can run, how big they can be, and how much of each entry you may keep.

Plans are paid from your TourneyPro wallet and renew at the end of each period. You can turn renewal off at any time; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for. Paid periods aren't refunded. The Event plan is for one big tournament: it runs once, doesn't renew, and TourneyPro's organisers run the event with you.
4How you earn
- When you create a paid cup you choose your share of each entry, up to your plan's limit. TourneyPro keeps 10%, and everything else is the prize pool. Players see the split before they join, and it is locked once registration opens.
- When you declare the winners, your share is added to your earnings. Move it to your wallet whenever you like — after 30 days it moves there by itself — and withdraw to bKash, Nagad or Rocket like any player.
- On a free cup you can put the prize up front from your wallet. TourneyPro holds it and the cup page shows it as held; whatever the winners don't receive comes back to you, and all of it comes back if the cup is cancelled.
5Running a cup
- Create the cup: game mode, slots, entry fee or free, prizes per place and start time.
- Publish it. Free cups can be open to all, or you approve each player.
- Mark the room ready with the room ID and password before the start time. Players get a notification and see the room on the cup page.
- Play. The cup goes live at its start time by itself.
- Enter the results (placement and kills; squad cups use the official points table) and declare the winners.
Each cup has a chat for you and your confirmed players. You can pin a message, slow the chat down, mute or remove a player. Phone numbers, email addresses and outside links are blocked, and the chat becomes read-only when the cup ends.
6Disputes and cancelling
- A player who thinks their result is wrong can open a dispute. On your free cups you decide it; on paid cups and cups with a held prize, TourneyPro's team decides. Prizes wait while a dispute is open.
- You can cancel a cup at any time before you declare the winners, with a short reason. Every paid entry goes back to the players' wallets automatically and they are told why. Cancelled cups show on your channel's record.
7Host rules
- Don't play in your own cups (TourneyPro blocks it).
- Post the room details on time and run the cup you advertised.
- Enter results honestly, from what happened in the match.
- Never ask players to pay you outside TourneyPro or to join a paid group elsewhere.
If a host breaks these rules, TourneyPro can cancel their cups (players are refunded), freeze their withdrawals while it checks, or suspend the account. The player rules are on Community & rules.
