Refund Policy
When money comes back to your wallet — automatically.
Last updated: September 11, 2026
1Cancelled tournaments — automatic
If a tournament you joined is cancelled by the host or by TourneyPro, your entry fee is refunded to your wallet automatically. No request needed — refunds are processed as part of cancellation.
2Rejected deposits
If a wallet deposit request is rejected (wrong amount, duplicate or unverifiable screenshot), no wallet credit is issued and you keep your mobile-money funds — simply correct the details and submit again. Rejected requests never debit anything.
3Withdrawals
A withdrawal request holds the amount from your balance immediately. If the request is rejected by review, the held amount is refunded to your wallet in full, instantly.
4Host subscriptions
Subscription payments are verified before activation. If a payment is rejected, no plan is activated and nothing is charged to your wallet. Plan downgrades take effect as described on the billing screen; already-active periods are not refunded, but you keep full access until the period ends.
5Prize vault — never confiscated
Unclaimed prizes and host commissions are auto-credited to the wallet when they expire (30 days). TourneyPro never confiscates prize money — expiry only moves it to your wallet.
6Disputes
If you believe a charge or payout is wrong, file a dispute from the tournament page with evidence. Valid claims are corrected via wallet credit. For anything else, contact us through the community channels on the Help page.
