Refunds & cancellations

The host or TourneyPro can cancel a cup at any time before the winners are declared — before it starts or while it is running. When that happens, every paid entry goes back to the players' TourneyPro wallets automatically, and each player gets a notification with the reason. You don't need to ask.

If the host had put a prize up front for a free cup, that money goes back to the host. Once the winners are declared a cup can no longer be cancelled; a problem with the results is handled as a dispute.

Joining a cup is final. If you can't play or miss the room, the entry fee isn't refunded. Check the start time and the cup's rules before you join.

A deposit is credited only when it matches a payment TourneyPro received. If your request is refused — usually because of a wrong transaction ID, a wrong amount or a screenshot that can't be verified — nothing is credited, and the notification says why.

If you did send the money, submit it again with the right details, or email support@tourneypro.org with the service, amount, transaction ID and time. We check the receiving phone's records and credit you if the payment arrived. Money sent to a number that TourneyPro didn't show you can't be traced by us.

When you ask to withdraw, the amount is held from your balance straight away. If the request is refused, the full held amount returns to your wallet at once, with a notification saying why.

Plans are paid from your TourneyPro wallet for 30 days at a time. A period you have paid for isn't refunded, but you keep the plan until it ends; turn renewal off at any time. The 14-day Starter trial for new hosts never charges anything.

Prizes don't expire into nothing: a prize you don't claim moves to your wallet by itself after 30 days, and so do a host's unclaimed earnings. A prize can be held while a dispute about the cup is open, and taken back if a dispute or a check shows it was won by mistake or by cheating.
