Quick answers about playing, hosting and getting paid.

How do I join a tournament?

Create a free account, verify your email, then open any tournament with open registration. Free tournaments need one tap; paid tournaments are charged from your wallet balance. Top up your wallet first via Dashboard → Money → Deposit using bKash, Nagad or Rocket.

How do deposits work?

Send money to our official merchant number shown in the deposit screen, then submit the transaction ID and a screenshot. Admin verifies and credits your wallet, usually within 1–2 hours. Every screenshot is hash-checked, so each payment can only be claimed once.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Go to Dashboard → Money → Withdraw, enter your bKash/Nagad/Rocket number and amount (minimum applies, see the withdraw screen). Requests are held from your balance immediately and paid out within 24–48 hours after admin review.

When do I get my prize after winning?

After the host declares winners and payouts are processed, your prize lands in your Prize Vault. Claim it to your wallet any time within 30 days — expired prizes are auto-credited to your wallet, never confiscated.

How do I become a host?

Sign up as a host, complete your channel profile and submit verification (NID + bKash number). Free-entry tournaments can be hosted right away on the Free plan; paid entry fees unlock with higher tiers after verification.

What is the entry-fee split?

Every paid entry is split transparently: a fixed 10% platform fee, a host commission (10–18% depending on plan), and the rest goes to the prize pool. You can see the exact split on each tournament page.

A tournament was cancelled — do I get a refund?

Yes. Cancelled tournaments trigger automatic refunds of the entry fee to your wallet. See the Refund Policy for details.

How do I report cheating or a wrong result?

Open the tournament → Results tab → File a dispute, and attach proof (screenshots). Our team reviews disputes with evidence from both sides.
