How TourneyPro works
Find a cup, play, and get paid — with every taka shown before you join.
1Playing a cup
- Find a cup. Discover shows cups that are live, starting soon or almost full; All tournaments lists every cup with filters. Each cup shows its entry fee, prize pool, prizes per place, slots, format, start time and host.
- Join. Create a free account and confirm your email. A free cup takes one tap (some hosts approve each player first). A paid cup takes the entry fee from your TourneyPro wallet — add money first with bKash, Nagad or Rocket. Once you join, the entry is final: it comes back only if the cup is cancelled.
- Get the room. When the host marks the room ready, the room ID and password appear on the cup page and you get a notification. The cup has its own chat for the host and the players.
- Play and see the results. The cup starts at its start time by itself. The host enters the results, and your placement and kills show on the cup page.
2Where an entry fee goes
Every paid entry is split three ways. The cup shows the split before you join.
- TourneyPro
- 10% — the same on every cup
- The host
- What the host chooses, up to their plan's limit: 20% on Free, 25% on Starter, 30% on Pro, Business and Event
- The prize pool
- Everything else — at least 60% of every entry
Once registration opens, the entry fee, the number of slots and the split are locked — the host can't change them. Some free cups have a prize the host has already paid in; TourneyPro holds that money before the cup opens, and the cup page says so.
Players pay nothing else to TourneyPro: an account, free cups and adding money are free (your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account may charge its own sending fee). Withdrawals are free today; if that changes, the withdraw screen will show the fee before you confirm.
3Prizes and getting paid
- When the host declares the winners, each prize goes straight to the winner's Prize Vault.
- You can claim a prize 30 minutes after the results (24 hours for prizes of ৳1,000 or more), so a wrong result can still be disputed. While a dispute about the cup is open, its prizes stay on hold.
- Claiming moves the prize to your wallet. A prize you don't claim moves there by itself after 30 days — it is never lost.
- Withdraw from your wallet to your own bKash, Nagad or Rocket number. The amount is held from your balance straight away and a person on our team sends it; if a withdrawal is refused, the full amount returns to your wallet.
- Withdrawals start at ৳10, with up to ৳10,000 and 3 withdrawals in any 24 hours, to keep accounts safe.
- Every deposit, entry, prize, refund and withdrawal is listed in your wallet history.
4What keeps it fair
- Verified hosts for paid cups. A host must verify their identity with TourneyPro before charging an entry fee. Anyone can host a free cup.
- Hosts can't play their own cups, and can't change a cup's fee or split once registration opens.
- Disputes. If your result is wrong, open a dispute from your result on the cup page, with a screenshot. On paid cups and cups with a held prize, TourneyPro's team decides — not the host. On other free cups, the host decides.
- One account per player. A Free Fire ID can be linked to only one TourneyPro account, and each payment transaction ID and screenshot can be used only once.
- Safe chat. Cup chats block phone numbers, email addresses and outside links, so nobody is pulled into a private deal.
- Public track records. Every host channel shows a record counted by TourneyPro: cups finished and cancelled, players hosted and prizes paid.
The full rules are on Community & rules, and what happens when a cup is cancelled is on Refunds & cancellations.
5Hosting cups
Hosts run cups from their dashboard: create, publish, mark the room ready, enter results and declare winners. TourneyPro takes the entry fees, pays the prizes and makes the refunds. Hosting starts free, and new hosts get a 14-day Starter trial that never charges them. The Host guide covers verification, plans and earnings.
