Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and TourneyPro, a product of msaalmas (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using TourneyPro you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use TourneyPro.

TourneyPro is in early access. We may update these terms; changes that affect your money are announced in the app before they apply, and using TourneyPro after a change means you accept it.

• You must be at least 13. Players aged 13 to 17 may join free cups only, with a parent's or guardian's consent.
• You must be 18 or older to add money, join paid cups, receive cash prizes, withdraw or host paid cups. We may ask for proof of age before paying out.
• One account per person. Use your real name and your own game account; a Free Fire ID can be linked to one TourneyPro account only.
• You must be allowed to use TourneyPro under the laws that apply to you.

• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• We will never ask for your password, your mobile-money PIN or a one-time code (OTP).
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at once at support@tourneypro.org.

• Your TourneyPro wallet holds the taka you added, prizes you claimed and refunds. It is not a bank account and earns no interest.
• To add money, send the exact amount with bKash, Nagad or Rocket to the number shown on the deposit screen, then submit the transaction ID and a screenshot. A deposit is credited only after it is matched to a payment we received.
• Fake, edited or reused payment proof is refused and can lead to suspension.
• Withdrawals are paid to your own number. The amount is held from your balance when you ask, and our team pays it. Withdrawals start at ৳10 and are limited to ৳10,000 and 3 requests in any 24 hours. We may review, delay or refuse a withdrawal while we check for fraud or a breach of these terms; a refused withdrawal goes back to your wallet.
• bKash, Nagad and Rocket are run by their own companies under their own terms. TourneyPro is not affiliated with them and isn't responsible for their fees or outages.

• Each cup shows its entry fee, prize pool, prizes per place and how each entry is split before you join. TourneyPro keeps 10% of every paid entry, the host keeps the share they chose (up to their plan's limit), and the rest is the prize pool.
• Once registration opens, the entry fee, the number of slots and the split are locked.
• Joining a cup is final. Entry fees are refunded only when a cup is cancelled — see Refunds & cancellations.
• When the winners are declared, each prize goes to the winner's Prize Vault. It can be claimed after a short hold (30 minutes, or 24 hours for prizes of ৳1,000 or more) and stays on hold while a result dispute or a review is open. Unclaimed prizes move to your wallet after 30 days.
• Result disputes on paid cups and cups with a held prize are decided by TourneyPro; on other free cups, by the host. We may hold, or take back, a prize that a dispute or a check shows was won by mistake, by cheating or in breach of these terms.

• Hosts must verify their identity with TourneyPro before charging entry fees.
• Hosts must describe their cups accurately, post room details on time and enter results honestly. They may not play in their own cups or ask players to pay outside TourneyPro.
• Plans are paid from the host's wallet for 30 days at a time; a paid period isn't refunded. The 14-day Starter trial never charges anything.
• We may unpublish or cancel a cup that breaks these terms (its players are refunded) and freeze a host's withdrawals while we check. More in the Host guide.

You may not:

• cheat, use hacks or bots, team up with other squads, or play for someone else's account;
• create fake or extra accounts, or pretend to be someone else;
• commit fraud, including fake payment proof or fixing results;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or share other people's private details;
• try to hack, overload or disrupt TourneyPro;
• use TourneyPro for anything illegal.

The day-to-day rules are on Community & rules.

• If you break these terms, commit fraud, or put other users at risk, we may suspend or close your account, freeze withdrawals or hold prizes. If we suspend your account or freeze your withdrawals, you get a notice in the app.
• Players can delete their account in Settings. If your account has money history or hosted cups with players, email support@tourneypro.org and we will close it; withdraw your balance first. We keep money records for 7 years, as the Privacy policy explains.

• TourneyPro's logos, designs, text and software belong to TourneyPro and msaalmas or their licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
• What you post — cup names, pictures, chat messages, screenshots — stays yours, and you allow us to show it on TourneyPro to run the service. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.
• Free Fire is a trademark of Garena; bKash, Nagad and Rocket are trademarks of their owners. TourneyPro is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

TourneyPro is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your money safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We are not responsible for:

• disputes between players and hosts that happen outside TourneyPro;
• losses from sharing your account, or from sending money to a number TourneyPro didn't show you;
• outages of mobile-money services, Free Fire or your network;
• cheating or rule-breaking by other users, beyond the steps described in these terms.

Our total liability to you is limited to the platform fees we received from your account in the 12 months before your claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
