These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TourneyPro. By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

To use TourneyPro, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the platform.

Host Accounts:

• Must provide accurate tournament information
• Responsible for timely payment verification
• Must distribute prizes as promised
• Cannot create fraudulent or misleading tournaments

Player Accounts:

• Must provide valid payment information
• Responsible for following tournament rules
• Cannot engage in cheating or unfair practices
• Must respect other players and hosts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Platform Fees:

• TourneyPro charges a 10% platform fee on all tournament entry fees
• Hosts receive 15% of entry fees as commission
• 75% of entry fees go to the prize pool

Payment Processing:

• All payments are processed through Bkash
• Players must submit payment proof within 24 hours of registration
• Hosts must verify payments within 48 hours
• Prize distributions are automated after tournament completion

Refund Policy:

Refunds are only available if a tournament is cancelled by the host before it starts. Once a tournament begins, all entry fees are non-refundable.

You may not:

• Use the platform for illegal activities
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the platform
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Manipulate tournament results or engage in match-fixing
• Use bots or automated tools to gain unfair advantages

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

All content on TourneyPro, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TourneyPro or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

TourneyPro provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Disputes between hosts and players
• Loss of prizes or payments due to user error
• Technical issues or downtime
• Third-party payment processor failures
• Cheating or rule violations by users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of platform fees collected from your account in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Repeated complaints from other users
• Non-payment of platform fees

You may close your account at any time through your account settings.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
